Lets talk about Strengths : How can leaders augment team performance by discovering their Strengths ?
When was the last time you had a conversation with your boss, peer or a someone you looked up in life, to talk about your strengths and how it can be used? How engaging was that conversation? How would the scenario look like, if a leader knew how to discover and apply the core strengths of his/her team for the benefit of the manager, his/her team and organization? For me, the answer was like the thought of bringing five fingers together, each finger has an identity of its own and a purpose, bringing them together builds a strong team that is intact.
